Thursday, October 29, 2015 - Ridge tasting + dinner at Yew Restaurant. 10 wines, 5 flights. Only kept notes for the 1st flight (whites) as they were the most memorable. Concentrated, ripe, toasty oak, minerals, fruits, lively acidity, med to full body, long mineral finish - very burgundy like. To be pair with Estate Chardonnay is just cruel. Great wine. But at $70 its probably got some competition so probably deal breaker for me. Awesome to drink, but unlikely to buy.
