Saturday, July 4, 2015 - [This vintage carried the "El Dorado" appellation.]

N: Black grapes, blackberries (some spice?) Notes of alch?

P: NICELY balanced with sweetish fruit on the front; MF body but sans richness. Still some dusty tannins + a touch of astringency on the long but faint finish. While this claret-styled (at least now) wine is still drinking nicely, I suspect it's a yr if not 2 past its prime.
