Sunday, March 1, 2015 - A wild and delicious style of Syrah that is for those who really understand the crazy, wildness that cool-climate Syrah can become. There is a purity and refinement to the fruit, but then the wild green peppers (Pablano?) and spices come crashing through. This wine would thrive with rich gamy meals. Just the right hint of funk on the finish.
