Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Golden yellow. Slow thin drops. Herbs, sulphur, mineral nose. Lemon, herbs, minerals, a bit of sulphur, oak, basement taste. Fresh, juicy acidity. Quite fruity. Full and buttery mouth.

Borderline oxidised, and going off (cork was mouldy and had tainted the wax). Opened up somewhat in the bottle, but this probably didn't show at its best.
