Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - [Double decanted at 4pm. Brought to restaurant around 7pm.] Rough, tannic, unresolved. Not bad, but not what I'd hoped for.
[Open 4 days with the cork stuck back in.] It is now what I had hoped for. Pure black cherry fruit. A lovely nose of flowers and spice. Amazing. I will definitely have to give my other bottles significant air.
