Saturday, January 2, 2016 - See my first tasting note. This time there is too much cigar/cedar box. Finish too short and a bit harsh. Just past its peak. It is starting to loose its flesh. Too alcoholic, too. Drink in the next 3 years. The half full bottle (vacuumed) after having spent some days in the fridge has improved a bit: Now there is more fruit. Dried prune soaked in water to be specific. A hint of cherries, too. Hence 2 points up.
