Friday, May 24, 2013 - Great wine to bring in the Summer...with the family in Ocean City for Memorial Day. Met Julien Fayard on a PNV Auction trip a couple years ago when he was working with Phillipe Melka. Great guy from Provence making great wine in California.

The style is to make a Provençal style Rose with Cal. fruit. Medium to light coloring - coral/cantaloupe color. Palate is light/bright red fruit, strawberry, pomegranate, quince. Really crisp finish, good minerality.
