Plum sauce and candy dates. Taste: medium body, dates, figs, prune, and candied blueberry. Dry with but try texture. Soft and delicate fruit forward profile with a smooth finish. Custard in terms of mouthfeel. It reminds me of the steam milk layer on a latte. Gentle profile with a lot of layers.
