Tuesday, May 27, 2014 - Surprisingly charming at a young age for Chapoutier. Vanilla, licorice, fresh cherries and black raspberry notes, tannins that had clearly softened and a fruit filled finish placed everything right where they were supposed to be. Still young, but fun to drink at this early stage.
