Saturday, December 19, 2015 - Opened a 750ml bottle for Kathy, Joe, Charles and Stephanie at Flemings, completed saturated cork opened in two pieces, nose of cigar box, bell pepper, black cherry, plum, and fig fruit, more of the same on the palate, richer tasting and slightly bigger tasting wine than the 1982 Chateau Haut Batailley, medium/big body, delicious, good but not great complexity, mouth filling rich fruit, long, long finish.
