Sunday, January 31, 2016 - Energy! Nose alive right away with classic rubbery citrus and apple. Bright, bright lime and lemon ripeness, sweetness, acidity from start to finish, rounded out by just a bit of pleasant rubbery character, bleeding into sweet green olive and with bits of flint and grilled raisin on the finish. Feisty; even at just 9%alc, should cut through just about any food that comes its way. Energetic, again, and a lip-smacker. Terrific.
