Wednesday, July 30, 2014 - Ok, what about that color? Like Crazy Eddie, it's insane!!! An otherworldly almost dayglow candy cherry. Could it be radioactive? No, it's just the product of fer-mentation, ie it's a rose from the indigenous fer servadou grape.
Pretty nose of raspberries and flinty minerals. Light bodied and quite dry, with attractive raspberries and a stony, dry impression on the finish.
This wine will make a statement on the table with it's wacky vivid color, and back it up with its taut fer-vent flavors.
