Friday, May 22, 2015 - 1st of 2 wines in our 2nd-flight (& last) flight of whites. It was almost "too easy" to nail this. Nose was textbook Puligny - flowers, cream, honeysuckle, peaches; very attractive. On the palate, this had a slight oily texture, & the purity really stood out amidst notes of lemons, melons, honey & a bit of butter. So poised and balanced with good minerality and acidity. Very good!
