Thursday, August 15, 2013 - Nose: Not bad. Floral. A little bit of funk also - flowers and yeast. Green, unripe fruit. Taste: Bread, yeasty note. Definitely a bitter note there also. It is good. Finish is long. If there is a flaw to it, it is a little monotonous. Good mouth feel.
