Tuesday, June 23, 2015 - The wine has a pale intensity, ruby color.

The nose is youthful with a medium(+) aroma intensity. Classic Nebbiolo-nose with dried and fresh cherries, rose hips, violets, strawberries, new leather and a hint of oak and acetone(VA). It opened very fruity but with just a few minutes more savory notes developed.

Dry on the palate with a high acidity, medium body and medium(+), silky tannins. The flavor intensity is medium(+) with loads of cherries, strawberries, violets, rose hips, tobacco, new leather and herbs. The finish is medium(+).

Very, very good and surprisingly approachable but slightly edgy. Give it 5 years or so and this will become a lovely wine. As always with the wines of Produttori the QPR is damn good!
