Tuesday, December 20, 2011 - This bottle was awesome. A little tight upon opening, but after an hour in the decanter it had opened up nicely. Lots of bacon fat and tobacco on the nose and exotic spices, black olives on the palate. A most impressive Cote-Rotie, still with lots of time left.
