Monday, July 13, 2015 - This was in great shape for its 50-plus years. Nice deep color. Not dazzling aromatically, bottle was slightly ullaged and showed signs of having seeped in the past. Cork was pretty much saturated but firmly in place. This bottle probably wasn't a sterling example but still was impressive and pleasing. Flavoury and solid to the core over 2 hours plus being open. Never fell apart. This is a favorite Bdx producer stylistically for me and still usually a value for the quality level.
