Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - S bottle. The 2012 Lapierre Morgon offers crunchy and zippy red fruit, crushed rock and dried herbs. Not as ripe or as round as the as the previous 3 years but there is excellent acidic cut across the palate and the fruit is very vibrant. Tannins play a supporting role. Good concentration and light bodied. While open for business now, it should be better in a couple of years. Very good.
