Thursday, June 7, 2012 - Acker BYO - Chicago (Sepia - Chicago, IL): From magnum. This was decanted for about 6 hours prior to service. The floral notes really began to take off about midway through dinner. No question this could use another 10-15 years to mature, but its elegance was apparent already. Showed great cranberry and underbrush. Just lovely stuff.
