Wednesday, May 29, 2013 - 15 Cabernet Francs: Transparent ruby red with slightly brownish edges. In the nose, there are some toasty aromas, lots of leather, dried green herbs, some green pepper. On the palate, it has an excellent structure, light and dark tones, fine acidity and tannins, lots of grip. It's very long and tickles the palate in the finish.
