Tuesday, November 26, 2013 - On the pop and pour this was a bit uninspiring. Revisited several hours later, however, the wine that emerged was stunning and interesting. Really bright, intellectual nose of dried citrus peel, tart wild berries, funky underbrush, and fresh grass. The palate is filled with juicy, brambly fruit, red berries, orange citrus, and melange of finishing florals and fresh herbs. Excellent, drink or hold.
