Saturday, May 3, 2014 - Notes from day 1, bottle open for about an hour.
Light salmon color.
Nose of melon rind, funk, strawberry, herbs.
Palate of tart strawberry, unripe peach, funky cheese, minerals, white pepper.
The finish was above average in length with nice acidity.
Overall the wine was solid as always.
Drink: 50+5+12+17+6
