Saturday, December 3, 2011 - Powerful mineral nose that hangs in the nostrils for many seconds. A little bit of musty funk and vegetation. Showed the age beautifully. Very buttery taste, melts in your mouth with great acidity. Would compare the taste to a cote de beaune white and the nose to a chablis. Incredibly long finish that sings; a magical Chablis experience. 97+
