Sunday, April 26, 2015 - Opened this on a lark -- hey, it's a 2011, so why not. But this is a beautiful wine. When I poured her a glass, my wife said, "What IS this?" I'm not sure it is destined for aging, but I will make sure to savor those I have left in the short term.
