Friday, May 30, 2014 - Smells like white peach, melon, lemon oil, and stony, saline minerals; fresh and appetizing. Hints of almond and sweet dough. Zippy and lemony on the palate, fresh cool restrained melon and stone fruit, excellent acidity and minerality, some mouthwatering salinity; terrific freshness and vibrancy. Good stuff!
