Tuesday, June 18, 2013 - At the Theise DI tasting. Astounding, a step up from the Kalkofen. The minerality here is even more vivid, and this is a really remarkable combination of power and finesse, conveying both palate staining intensity and surprising finesse. Hard to put this into words. Not at all cheap, but WOW.
