Quite fresh on the palate, the acid is high but better integrated than in the past, couldn't detect any RS. Great with takenoko nimono (a bamboo, chicken, carrot, mushroom and pea stew in a reduced, sweet/salty fish, seaweed, soy and sake broth). Good for at least another 2 years.
