Sunday, July 26, 2015 - Light greenish yellow. Salt spray nose. Middle weight with some of the perceptible fat of the vintage, but still a tart, underripe lemony, brothy mix which is just fine for AC Chablis and certainly worked well with shellfish tonight. A simple pleasure, ready to go.
