Wednesday, January 20, 2016 - Very light, quite bright yellow. Lifted nose shows stone fruit, green apple, crushed rock, and a light petrol note. There is a great balance between acidity, residual sugar, and alcohol. Light bodied yet coats the mouth, with a slight effervesence, leading to a long finish of green apple. This is a Riesling that anyone can easily finish a bottle of on their own.
