Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Lots of sweet baking spice and sweet red fruit to start. More interesting on palate with red and black cherry, dark chocolate and dark roast coffee and dried herbs, all well integrated, even if ending with a slightly sweet note. Good now, probably better in a new years when it sheds some baby fat.
