Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Opened and poured, this bottle gave another excellent to almost outstanding showing. This wine benefits from airing. It showed its best about 30 minutes after opening. The aromatics show lemon zest, slate, chalk and oyster shell notes. The medium bodied palate shows excellent length and a fine grained, chalk texture. This wine remains youthful and should benefit from a couple more years of bottle age.
