Saturday, September 6, 2014 - Seymour Wine Club Meeting 9/6/14 (Home of the Slywka's): Tasted blind. This white was also slightly shut down but showed more than the other two whites with aromas of mineral, lemon and slate. Palate was a different story with a beautiful acidity and flavors of lemon, mineral and citrus. Very juicy. Tempted to upgrade this a point but left it as is.
