Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Dinner with Gavin at Bistrode: Opened about 2.5 hours prior and had closed up a bit since. Rhubarb, cherry, stem and blood - quite dark fruited and tight. Palate is also tight but had good balance and length. Give it time.
