Friday, October 18, 2013 - Pinot Noir blind tasting (Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck, Paragon): Tasted blind, vibrant ruby red, nice pinot nose, strawberry and red fruits. Fruity palate, showing freshness and still young. Good intensity and long finish.
