Sunday, October 19, 2014 - 2014 K&L Champagne Tasting (K&L San Francisco Store): K&L Champagne Tasting-SF. Shy nose of wet slate, baked lemon tart, some citrus, more of the same on the palate, very tasty, touch simple, mineral and yeast driven, refreshing like Vernor's Ginger Ale, medium body, subtle flavors on the finish, and long aftertaste, above its peers at the $60 price point.
