Thursday, February 4, 2016 - In great place, everything you could want from a Rose Champagne. Pretty floral aromas of cherry blossom. Rich delicate broad fruit flavors leaning toward red berries. Long and dense with good precision. Plain yummy. Surprisingly well balanced and no bitter or overly sharp edges. Better than expected!
