Saturday, February 28, 2015 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Metropolitan Pavilion - New York NY): Lots of spice on the nose, tart fruit. Pretty but very restrained at this point on the palate due to youth. Light fruit, nice spice, mineral finish. Currently not better than the Suchots, but the potential is higher. Nose - 5+/6, Palate - 5+/6, Finish - 5+/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1+/2 = 16/20 (with 17-18/20 potential.)
