Saturday, November 11, 2006 - Rich, golden, honey color. Smelling of caramel and bread, its fine palate of baked pineapple and ginger ale is missing some acidity and is only lightly bubbly, leaving the finish a bit flat and less than crisp. Good, but probably would have impressed more in its youth.
