Saturday, May 30, 2015 - With pork tenderloin in onion/apple cream sauce and roasted green beans.
Clear medium ruby.
Lovely aromatic nose, cherry and some floral notes.
Very smooth on the palate, medium body with balanced acid, cherry and some dusty earthiness as noted by Emark. Good finish.
A lovely wine, but for the price I expected it to bring a bit more sensuality to the dance.
