Tuesday, March 25, 2014 - Very pale straw color. Prairie grass (I stole that from another vintage's notes!) and Asian pear on a tart citrusy acidic palate. Medium long finish. I quite like this! Paired with herb-stuffed chicken breast, but would try with sushi as well.
