Saturday, August 8, 2015 - I bought this bottle at their huge vineyard in Eugene, OR after the Tennessee/Oregon football game on Saturday, September 14, 2013. Since it was close to harvest season, I distinctly remember cannons going off to scare away the birds away from vines. Had a great dinner there with spectacular views of the surrounding hillsides at sunset and watching far distance cars passing on the road below. Their charcuterie is produced on the premises and was the highlight of dinner menu. I would highly recommend a visit. A lovely nose with a light, clean and balanced Pinot Gris. Notes of straw with a clean finish. Slightly tart. 13.8% alcohol.
