Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Bright ruby color turning crimson at the rim. The nose gives off raspberry, red licorice, anise, and mushroom notes. The palate is medium-bodied, slightly fruity with a silky texture. Flavors of ripe red berries, cola, earth, and toasted oak are livened-up by its bright acidity. Finishes long and earthy. Drink now until 2025.
