Saturday, December 13, 2014 - Bright yellow apple with tangerine following, light clover honey and marmalade throughout. Fairly simple, but elegant.

Very well balanced and drinking perfectly right now. None of the funk that the Spatlese #7 bottles had, despite plenty of the same mold on the cork. Not better or worse, but a different and simpler experience.
