Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Regular dinner group (By Me @ van der Dussen): Concentrated bouquet with very ripe dark forest fruits, cherries and sweet spices. On the palate ripe dark berries as well, a lot of sweetness, sweet licorice, coconut, sweet spices again, some coffee, good acidity and round tannin. Completely ready now, but no real hurry.

7/10/2015 8:31:00 PM - Thanks for your note. We have never tried this Cab Sav, but the reviews are very positive. We really have little experience with dated Napa wines. Very interesting. As such, we are enjoying reading about them from afar...
