Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - Decanted three hours. Strong nose, menthol and herbs. Strong, powerful, with tastes of sour cherry, eucalytpus, cinnamon, and earth. Kind of rough texture, long finish. Even after decanting three hours the flavors are still a little hidden. Outstanding drinkable burg but it could use a little more time in the cellar to soften.
