Wednesday, April 29, 2015 - From memory. Enjoyed at a busy dinner table full of conversations and lots of kids (plenty of distraction). Green tinged straw in color. orchard fruit on the exotic side of white (ripe pear), with some honey and quinine. Very lively on the palate with bright citrus, some sweetness as well as a little smokey salinity. I would like to see this in a few years. With one bottle left, barring tragedy, I will have that opportunity.
