Saturday, February 12, 2005 - Dinner of homemade Alsatian three-cheese fondue. Deep honey/gold color. Pleasant and fruity, showing some interesting pear, diesel, and honey notes. Good acid balance; classic full-bodied Gewurz oily mouthfeel. Not all that complex, but a good quaffer and excellent value.
