Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Loads of oak and loads of heat. It is as if the winemaker was expecting massive fruit, whereas this instead came off as tart and unbalanced, with syrupy and acrid notes alongside some stewed raspberry and tar. Not my style, or simply bad?

Chalk it up to a tasting experience. No biggie and a nice note for early consumption.
