Wednesday, February 6, 2008 - Amongst the best WA cabs I have ever had. At first, the decanted bottle tasted good, but nothing too special, but them it started to open up and unfold. When it did open up it displayed delicious rich fruit with layers of smooth deep flavor. And it just got better and better. Thankfully, I still have two bottles left!
