Tuesday, September 2, 2008 - Medium/dark straw color. Nose of lemon-lime, with ginger, toast, vanilla and a lovely stony minerality on the nose and palate. Incredibly long finish of well over one minute. The best bottle of bubbly I've had in my life. Stunning.
